A. Spin to Win is an exciting in-app game in the Shell mobile application exclusively for Shell GO+ members. To unlock the game, Shell GO+ members must simply make a qualifying transaction of 15 litres or more of petrol or diesel (in a single transaction) at any Shell fuel station in England, Scotland or Wales and scan their app at the till, then play Spin to Win a chance to win one of seven prizes.
Plus, win or lose, GO+ members opted into receive email communications will be entered into a Grand Prize Draw to win £1000 of fuel at the end of the promotion.
The promotion runs for seven weeks from 7th November 2023 to 24th December 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
Q. Do I need to be a member of Go+ to play Spin to Win?
A. Yes, participants must be a Shell GO+ member prior to making a qualifying transaction, have a registered Shell GO+ email address and installed the Shell mobile application to be eligible to play Spin to Win.
Q. Do I need the Shell app to play Spin to Win?
A. Yes, Spin to Win is only available in the Shell mobile application.
Q. How do I join Shell GO+?
A. Simply download the Shell app and register. Don’t forget to opt into email communications to keep up to date on the benefits of Shell GO+ and to be entered into the Spin to Win’s Grand Prize Draw.
Q. I can’t see the game in my Shell app.
A. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Shell app, check your phone for updates, you may need to manually update the app.
Q. How much do I need to spend to play Spin to Win?
A. To unlock Spin to Win, Go+ Members must make a qualifying transaction of 15 litres or more of any Shell petrol or diesel in one transaction at a Shell service station during the promotional period and scan their Shell app at the till.
Q. I paid at the pump can I still play Spin to Win?
A. Shell GO+ members transacting via Pay at Pump are eligible to play Spin to Win with a qualifying single pay at pump transaction of 15 litres or more of any Shell petrol or diesel.
Q. Do B2B Commercial Fleet Card transactions qualify to play Spin to Win?
A. Shell GO+ members transacting with a B2B Commercial Fleet card are eligible to play Spin to Win with a qualifying transaction of 15 litres or more of any Shell petrol or diesel where the Shell app is scanned as part of the transaction.
Q. How do I play Spin to Win?
First, participants must unlock the game Spin to Win with a qualifying transaction of 15 litres or more of any Shell petrol or diesel and scan their Shell app when paying at the till. Each Spin to Win game can be played once. You have either up to 20 days from receiving the game to complete your single play or up to and including 24 December 2023 for your single play of that game, whichever is sooner.
1. Click on Shell GO+ Games to open the game and proceed through the screens to spin the wheel.
2. The wheel is divided into eight sections, of which there are seven winning and one non-winning section. When the wheel stops on a winning section, the participant wins the indicated prize.
Spin to Win prizes will be automatically allocated to the winning Shell GO+ member’s account for them to redeem within the validity period.

Q. How many times can I play Spin to Win?
A. During the Promotion Period, a participant can qualify to play Spin to Win a maximum of 3 (three) times per day. To unlock one game the relevant conditions for participation described in section 3 must be fulfilled. To avoid doubt, each game requires a separate transaction at a Shell service station for a minimum of 15 litres for a minimum of 15 litres of Shell fuel in each transaction. During the Promotion period, a participant can play Spin to Win a maximum of 42 times.

A. The following Spin to Win prizes will be automatically allocated into winning Shell GO+ member’s account. For more information refer to section 5 of the Terms and Conditions available at www.goplus.shell.com/en-gb/promotion/20831.

Q. How do I know if I have won Spin to Win?
A. A pop up will appear in the game to show if you have won, your prize will be automatically allocated into the Rewards section of your Shell GO+ account.
Q. Where are my prizes stored?
A. The Spin to Win prizes will be automatically allocated into winning Shell GO+ member’s account in the Rewards section of the Shell app.
Q. Do I need to be opted-in to receive communications to play Spin to Win?
A. Any participant who has consented to receive notifications through a push notification in the Shell mobile application will be informed after one hour of the fulfilment of the qualifying transaction that they have unlocked Spin to Win. For the avoidance of doubt, consent to receiving notifications via push notification is not a condition for participation in the game.
Any participant who has opted out of receiving email communications for the duration of this promotion will be automatically excluded from the Grand Prize Draw at the end of the promotion.
Q. I did not scan my Shell GO+ app at the till, can I still play Spin to Win?
A. Spin to Win can only be unlocked by Shell GO+ members who scan their Shell GO+ app at the till with a qualifying transaction of 15 litres or more of any Shell petrol or diesel. It is not possible to unlock the game without scanning your Shell app at the till.

Q How do I enter the Grand prize Draw?
A. Participants of Spin to Win (win or lose) will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Draw to win £1000 of fuel at the end of the promotional period.
Entrants into the Grand Prize Draw at the end of the promotion must be Shell GO+ members opted in to receive email communications.
Q. When will the Grand Prize Draw be pulled?
A. The prize draw will be conducted within 35 days after the end of the promotion.
Q. How many times can I enter the Grand Prize Draw?
A. A maximum of three (3) entries per day per Shell GO+ account opted into email communications will be allowed and a maximum of 42 entries overall from participants opted into email communications can be entered into the Grand Prize Draw throughout the Promotion Period.
Q. Why must I be opted into email communications to be entered into the Grand Prize Draw?
A. Unless the Shell Go+ member has opted in to email communications they cannot receive their winner’s email which would be sent confirming their prize. Email is the only way the winner will be notified that they have won the grand prize.
Q. How do I know if I’ve won the Grand Prize Draw?
A. The prize draw will be conducted within 35 days after the end of the promotion.
The winner will be notified by email using the email address linked to their Shell GO+ account and then will receive their £1000 prize of petrol or diesel rewards into their Shell GO+ account as 40x £25 Shell fuel rewards within 35 days of the prize draw.
Q. Where are my prizes stored?
A. The winner of the Grand Prize Draw will have their prize of £1000 of fuel allocated to their Shell GO+ account in the form of 40 x £25 consecutive fuel rewards within 35 days of the prize draw.
