For one (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Draw: visit a Shell Service Station and scan your Shell Go+ app, card or key fob with your fuel purchase of £10 or more. Entrants must be Go+ Members opted in to receive email communications.
Winners will receive their prize into their Shell Go+ account as 4x £25 Shell fuel rewards.
Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their Shell Go+ account.

1. The Promotion
1.1. The Promoter is Shell U.K. Oil Products Limited (as agent for Shell U.K. Limited), Shell Centre, York Road, London, SE1 7NA.
1.2. The Promotion will run at Shell Service Stations in England, Scotland, and Wales from 00:01 on 14 September 2023 to 23:59 on 1 November 2023 (“Promotional Period”).
1.3. There will be seven Weekly Prize Draws, one for each week of the Promotional Period, each to be drawn within 7 days of the end of a week. Each week will start at 00:01 hours on Thursday and finish at 23:59 hours the following Wednesday.
2. Participants
2.1. This Promotion is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 17 years or over who are (at the time of entry) members of the Shell Go+ loyalty scheme. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies and any agent of the Promoter retained in connection with the administration of, or supply of prizes for, the Promotion are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
2.2. Participants must be a Shell Go+ member prior to transacting and have a registered Shell Go+ email address to enter.
2.3. Shell Go+ loyalty members transacting with a B2B Commercial Fleet card are eligible to enter this competition with a qualifying transaction of £10 or more of Shell fuel where a Go+ card is scanned as part of the transaction.
2.4. Any participant who has opted out of receiving email communications for the duration of this promotion will be automatically excluded from the Promotion.
3. How to Enter
3.1. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “Shell Go+” is the loyalty scheme operated by Shell and a “Shell Go+ Member” is a member of Shell Go+ and fuel means petrol or diesel only.
2.1. This Promotion is only open to residents of England, Scotland and Wales aged 17 years or over who are (at the time of entry) members of the Shell Go+ loyalty scheme. 3.2. A Shell Go+ member must purchase £10 or more of any Shell fuel in a single transaction at a Shell service station. Then scan their Shell Go+ app, card or key fob when paying during the Promotional Period to be automatically entered into the relevant Weekly Prize Draw.
3.3. A maximum of three (3) entries per week per Shell Go+ account will be allowed.
3.4. Entries to the Promotion will only be eligible if they originate from a Shell Go+ member at a Shell Service station using their Shell Go+ account themselves. For the avoidance of doubt, entries made in any other way will not be eligible to win a prize. No third party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries will be disqualified.

4. Prizes
4.1. A total of 1,750 prizes of £100 Shell fuel rewards are available to be won during the Promotional Period, 250 each week.
4.2. Each prize will be allocated in the form of 4 x £25 fuel rewards simultaneously into the winner’s Go+ account.
4.3. Each fuel reward will have 90 days validity starting on the date of issue.
4.4. To use a £25 fuel reward click redeem now and activate it by clicking the toggle on.
4.5. Make sure no other rewards are activated in the app or online as you can only use one fuel reward per transaction. Scan your phone/card/key fob when you pay to redeem this reward or if you are using Pay at Pump, once the reward is activated it will automatically be deducted from your balance.
4.6. A £25 fuel reward may only be used on a fuel purchase of £25 or more. Winners will need to pay any remaining balance.

5. Winners

5.2. The prize draws will be conducted by an independent third party.
5.3. Winners will be notified of a win by email using the email address linked to their Shell Go+ account within 28 days of the draw.
5.4. The winners will have their 4 x £25 Shell fuel rewards loaded to their Shell Go+ account within 28 days of the prize draw.
5.5. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to allocate the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner.
5.6. The Promoter is not responsible for a winner failing to supply accurate/ complete information which affects prize delivery.
5.7. The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a winner is not able to use their prize.
5.8. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish and/or make available each of the Prize winner’s surname and county of residence. The Prize winners have the right to object to this publication. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the winners’ details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
5.9. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won

5.8. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish and/or make available each of the Prize winner’s surname and county of residence. The Prize winners have the right to object to this publication. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the winners’ details to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
5.9. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won
6. Promoter Rights
6.1. The Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.
6.3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
6.4. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
6.5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose and a- prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoter is satisfied with the verification. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try and circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

8.1. It is a member’s responsibility to check their Shell GO+ account (via the App or the Website) to see whether there are any Rewards available to them at that time.
8.2. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
8.3. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
8.4. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion.
8.5. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any further terms and conditions applicable to the Prizes (e.g., Shell Go+ conditions as to the use of fuel rewards).
